Making Selections is Easy

When the time comes to make selections for your home, simply sit down with our decorating advisor at the model home & decorating center--from roofing and exterior selections, to paint, flooring and cabinet options. Did you have something special in mind? No problem. We’ll add all your selections to your wish list and price all your features well in advance--you simply select all those items that fit in your budget and lifestyle.

We Encourage Changes

Not only do we allow changes to our homes, we encourage them! We truly want this to be the home you have always dreamed of. Whether you take one of our more than 30 floor plans and modify to your tastes and interests, or you would rather build from a custom plan, our professional draftsmen will help you design it the way you want. And because we make it so easy, most homes you see in the pictures on this website and around the resort have had modifications. The standard features are what you see on the floor plans.

Service Before AND After You Move In

Any assistance you need during or after the construction of your home, you simply walk in our front door and our entire staff is ready and willing to help you. And no other builder can touch our customer service program after you move in. If you’ve lived in a new home in the past, you know that no new home is without its problems. You also know how difficult it is to track down the people responsible for construction on your home, let alone actually get the problem fixed! We are here 6 days a week as well as having after hour emergency processes in place for your convenience.
